Naughty Knotters
Each month, the Naughty Knotter group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday to work on quilts. This group of ladies use materials that have been donated to make beautiful quilts that are given to people in need.

The quilts are then donated to people in need in areas all over the East Coast.
In 2015, the quilts were doanted to people in South Carolina. Thanks to Mike and Sherry Brown, who delivered them to St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Columbia, South Carolina for victims of Hurricane Joaquin. The Pastor’s wife there, Beth Trump, coordinated the delivery of our quilts, along with theirs, in late November. Beth is associated with Flood Hub, an organization that originated as a result of the recent hurricane. Thanks to Mike and Sherry and the women of our community for their contributions to this worthwhile project! Trinity’s church council also appropriated a generous contribution to assist the victims of Joaquin to be distributed through Lutheran Disaster Relief.
In November 2016, 20 quilts and accompanying letters were donated to a church in South Carolina. Pastor Vicki Powell of Trinity Lutheran Church in Georgetown, SC assured Pastor George that they would distribute them to people affected by the hurricane.
